The Easton Tenant Resource Center (the “Resource Center”) is a private, login-only portal operated by Easton Town Center management for its restaurant, retail, and entertainment tenants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Resource Center, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies only to the Resource Center and not to any other Easton website or platform.

Who We Are

The Resource Center is provided and managed by Easton Town Center management. If you have questions about this policy or your information, please contact the Easton Management Office using the details at the end of this page.

Access to the Resource Center

The Resource Center is an internal tool available only to authorized tenant representatives. An account is required to access any part of the site, and new accounts are reviewed and approved by Easton management before they are activated. There is no public or anonymous access.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account information you provide when you register, including your name, email address, phone number, brand/tenant, and role or title.
• Requests and submissions you send through the Resource Center’s forms — for example, operational requests, marketing requests, contact updates, and event submissions — including any details you include with them.
• Usage information collected automatically when you use the Resource Center, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, links and resources accessed, and the dates and times you log in.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your affiliation with an Easton tenant.
• To review and approve new account requests.
• To receive, route, and respond to the requests you submit.
• To communicate with you about your account, your submissions, and Resource Center updates.
• To understand how the Resource Center is used — including which tenants and users are accessing their accounts and which resources are most useful — so we can measure engagement and improve the tool.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Resource Center.

Cookies and Analytics

The Resource Center uses cookies that are necessary for logging in and maintaining your session, along with cookies set by Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how tenants use the Resource Center, including login activity and which resources are accessed. Because the Resource Center is a private, login-only tool provided to Easton tenants — rather than a public consumer website — it does not display a cookie-consent banner; accessing the site with an approved account constitutes acceptance of the cookies described here.

How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to operate the Resource Center and act on your requests:

• With Easton management and operations staff who administer the Resource Center and handle your submissions.
• With service providers and vendors engaged to fulfill a request you submit or to operate the site (for example, our website host and Google Analytics).
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Easton, our tenants, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Security

Access to the Resource Center requires an approved account and login, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information it contains. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Resource Center and to meet our operational, legal, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request that your account be deactivated or removed by contacting the Management Office.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information after logging in, or ask us to update or remove it by contacting the Management Office. If you no longer need access, let us know and we will deactivate your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the changes on this page.
